THE MISSION
The ForMatt Foundation was founded in memory of Matthew Choiniere, who passed away in November, 2008.
We passionately believe, as did Matthew D. Choiniere, that all children deserve a fair and equal chance to pursue their dreams. In loving memory of Matthew, it is the Foundation’s mission to provide the gift of opportunity to children and their families to enjoy a fun, healthy activity not otherwise within their means.
